Kompania Everest ka filluar aktivitetin e saj në vitin 1997, në industrinë e ndërtimit. Në fillimin e vitit 2005 Everest filloi prodhimin e profileve të aluminit në fabrikën e saj të vendosur në hyrje të Tiranës, kryeqytet i Shqipërisë.
